A: Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable.

A:Sample needs 20 days, mass production time takes 25 days.

A: Low MOQ, 1pc for sample checking is available
Q4. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
A: We usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT.
It usually takes 3-5 days to arrive.
Air freight and sea shipping also optional depends on goods quantity and customers' choice.

A: Yes. Please inform us formally before production and confirm the design firstly based on our sample,

A: Yes, we offer 2-5 years warranty to our products.
Q8: How to deal with the faulty?
A: In the warranty Period, we will maintain and replace the defect components for free, if the problem belongs to us.
But you should pay for both sides shipping fee.
After 3 years, we only charge the material cost, you should be responsible for shipment.

You can send your engineers to our factory for one week free training, which includes the software operation, installation, adjustment, basic repairing, etc.

If needed, we can send our engineer to guide the installation for you. But the relevant cost should be paid by your company such as visa, hotel, food, both trip plane ticket, and also USD200/day/staff (from our engineer’s departure from Shenzhen) and should help to arrange our staff visa.
